What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, washing hands, doing dishes/housework, and swimming. Avoid using products like soaps, lotions, cleaners, perfumes, and other topical products while wearing your jewelry. Excessive heat and UV rays can cause damage to your keepsake pieces. You will receive additional information with your finished piece(s).
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
YES!! Be sure to include this information on your order form. When an order is gift wrapped, we will include an invoice without pricing listed. You can also leave a "note" to be included with the item (i.e. "Happy Birthday!" or "I love you!" messages)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments should be made through our website.
How do I find out my ring size?
We recommend visiting a jeweler to get professionally sized, but here are a few options to do at home.
How long will it be until I receive my item?
Keepsake & Memorial Jewelry: Turn around time is currently 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions.
Personalized Gifts: Most items will be ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.
Ready To Order Items: These items are pre-made and offer no personalization. Ready to ship and will be shipped out within 1-2 days of your order.

We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail. Most items will be received within 2-3 business days after we ship. We cannot be responsible for any delays after your package has been received by USPS.
Do you accept custom orders?
YES!! We absolutely accept custom orders! If you do not see an item on our site, but have something in mind, contact us! We LOVE creating custom pieces!
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
YES!! We offer digital gift certificates in the form of a discount code. Contact us to purchase a gift code for someone you love!
Can I change or update my order after it has been placed?
Custom/personalized orders are final once placed. We usually try to start working on your order as soon as possible, so changes are difficult to process/guarantee. Please be sure to double check your order and details before placing your order.
